LUBBOCK, Texas — As part of Parkhill’s efforts in diversity, equity, and inclusion, everyone in the firm was invited to participate in the nomination process for new Associates. After careful consideration of the nominees, 13 employees have been named Associates by Parkhill’s Board of Directors. Congratulations to Clint Wofford, RLA, James Williams, RLA, Gus Sosa, PE, Aaron Rivera, AIA, Carrie Nusz, Liz Morgan, IIDA, Scott Hensley, PE, Kole Glover, PE, Zack Dawson, PE, Danny Cahill, PLS, Jon Braudt, PE, Matt Barnum, PLS, and Toby Baker, PE.

Clint Wofford, RLA, is the Studio Leader in Parkhill’s Landscape Architecture Practice and works as a Landscape Architect in Parkhill’s Arlington Office. As the Studio Leader, he is directly involved with Parkhill’s excellence initiatives. Clint’s diverse portfolio includes municipal, collegiate, K-12, and private projects. He has 27 years of experience and joined Parkhill when Schrickel, Rollins, and Associates merged with Parkhill in 2018. 

James Williams, RLA, is a member of Parkhill’s Landscape Architecture Practice and works as a Landscape Architect in the Arlington Office. James has been involved in multidisciplinary efforts to complete complex projects, including recreational parks and community centers. He has 20 years of experience and joined Parkhill with the Schrickel, Rollins and Associates merger 2018.  

Gus Sosa, PE, is a Civil Engineer in Parkhill’s Site Development Practice and works in the El Paso Office. He is licensed in Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma, and has over a decade of experience in complex hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, drainage, site grading, and hike and bike trail design. He has also designed horizontal and vertical alignments, roundabouts, pavement markings, and signage for numerous roadway projects. Gus joined Parkhill in 2018 and has 14 years of experience.  

Aaron Rivera, AIA, is a member of the K-12 Practice and works as an Architect in the Lubbock office. He has shown diversity in his expertise working with a wide array of clients within Parkhill’s K-12, federal, higher education, religious, and community markets. Aaron joined Parkhill in 2008 and has 16 years of experience.  

Carrie Nusz is the Project Delivery Manager and works in the Project Delivery Department in the Lubbock Office. Carrie has served the firm in a variety of roles, beginning as a File Clerk in the Accounting Department. Developing a deep understanding of project accounting, Carrie has become a trusted resource for the company’s database Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint and Vision Resource Planning. Her experience within the Accounting Department working with many project managers through the years paved the way for the formation of the Project Delivery Department. Carrie joined Parkhill in 2006 and has 15 years of experience.   

Liz Morgan, IIDA, is Parkhill's Interiors Studio Leader for the Planning and Interiors Practice and works as an Interior Designer in the Lubbock Office. Liz has experience spanning multiple practices, including religious, municipal, healthcare, and commercial facilities. She has a strong ability to connect with people, building enduring professional and personal relationships with clients and stakeholders. Liz joined Parkhill in 2014 and has seven years of experience.  

Scott Hensley, PE, is a Senior Mechanical Engineer in the MEP/Structural Practice and works in the Lubbock Office. Scott’s experience includes design services for heating, ventilating, air conditioning, plumbing, and fire protection systems for commercial, industrial, institutional, and military-related facilities. His recent design experience includes numerous projects, both for new construction and renovations of commercial and federal K-12 schools, higher education, and life safety upgrades of high rise and dormitory facilities. Scott joined Parkhill in 2002 and has 39 years of experience.  

Kole Glover, PE, is a Civil Engineer in Parkhill’s Water Resources Practice and works in the Amarillo Office. His experience includes planning, design, and management of numerous small and large-scale water and wastewater-related projects with both traditional and design-build delivery. His passion is assisting clients in the southwest with infrastructure needs. Kole joined Parkhill in 2017 and has six years of experience.  

Zack Dawson, PE, is a member of Parkhill’s Treatment Practice and works as a Civil Engineer in Parkhill’s Frisco Office. He has worked on various municipal and industrial projects that include water treatment, wastewater treatment, sewer and water main construction, lift stations, and pump stations. Zack’s project management experience includes multiple projects throughout West Texas, the DFW Metroplex, and Oklahoma markets. He joined Parkhill in 2011 and has ten years of experience.  

Danny Cahill, PLS, is a Senior Project Manager in Parkhill's CPS/Surveying Practice and works as a Land Surveyor in Parkhill’s Tulsa Office. His experience includes the leadership and management of field survey crews and drafting personnel in the execution of boundary surveys, topographic design surveys, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, utility surveys, and construction staking. Danny joined Parkhill with the merger of Lemke Surveying in 2020 and has 42 years of experience.  

Jon Braudt, PE, is a Transportation Practice Project Manager and Champion for Business Development. He works as a Civil Engineer in the Lubbock Office. He is also currently the Seal Coat Program Coordinator for Parkhill’s 2020 and 2021 programs. Jon has over 11 years of experience in civil engineering for industrial projects and is an expert in industrial site development. His site development experience includes designing DOT entrances, paving section design, roadway access layout, storm sewers, and detention ponds. Jon joined Parkhill in 2018.  

Matt Barnum is a Senior Project Manager in Parkhill's CPS/Surveying Practice and works as a Land Surveyor in Parkhill’s Norman Office. He is proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D software and has a wide variety of experience with designer responsibilities for residential developments, commercial site developments, water & sewer systems, grading/paving/drainage plans, and roadway design. He has also managed and coordinated the collection of field survey data, data reduction, and survey plat preparation for boundary surveys, topographic design surveys, ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, subdivision platting, and construction staking. Matt joined Parkhill with the merger of Lemke Surveying in 2020 and has over 16 years of experience.  

Toby Baker, PE, recently joined Parkhill as an Aviation Team Leader and works as Civil Engineer in the Oklahoma City Office. As an active pilot and having flown in many airports throughout Oklahoma, Toby gives a unique perspective to aviation projects. He brings a great deal of experience to Parkhill, particularly within the Oklahoma airport market, having worked on over 165 projects at 41 different airports throughout the state. Toby joined Parkhill in 2021 and has 14 years of experience.
