Regence Health Network
Regence Health Network (RHN) seized the opportunity to consolidate its services and move out of aging lease spaces with the construction of a new 27,400-square-foot medical office building in Amarillo. Strategically located near RHN’s largest patient population, the facility offers 45 exam rooms, 10 dental operatories, and 14 provider work areas, along with administrative and ancillary spaces, all under one roof for easier access and care.

Designing for Efficiency
The design of the clinic centers on enhancing patient experience. Collaboration with RHN led to a decentralized layout, where providers’ work areas are located close to exam rooms, reducing unnecessary steps and increasing time spent with patients. This strategic layout improves efficiency, minimizing wait times while fostering better care delivery.
A Healing Environment
Beyond functionality, the building promotes healing through thoughtful design elements. Natural light floods the space, and the color palette and locally inspired artwork create a welcoming, peaceful environment. The well-defined grand entrance and warm commons area, featuring wood ceilings and pendant lighting, set the tone for a space where care and comfort come together to serve the community.
