Design-Build Collaboration Brings Essential Services to Modern Spaces
Parker County’s rapid population growth has created an urgent need for expanded services on its east side. To meet this demand, Parkhill partnered with JRJ Construction in a Design-Build Team to create the new East Parker County Annex. This facility was designed to house critical services, including the Justice of the Peace, Tax Assessor, County Clerk, Sheriff’s Office, Investigator, and a new courtroom.
Building for Growth
Using bridging documents provided by the County, the team developed a cohesive plan tailored to serve the community efficiently. This annex not only addresses the immediate needs of a growing population but also positions the County to meet future demands, ensuring residents receive the services they need in a modern, accessible space.
