XO Marriage
Parkhill has partnered with XO Marriage, a ministry associated with Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas, to create a welcoming three-level facility, each floor spanning 10,000 square feet. This space is designed to support family and marriage services with a variety of functional areas.
Where Community and Communication Meet
The ground floor is a versatile space, featuring a multipurpose meeting room that can accommodate 200 guests, a café, counseling offices, and a state-of-the-art audio and TV studio. This studio is essential for producing XO Marriage’s digital media content, including podcasts, videos, and blogs. On the second level, executive offices, marketing areas, workrooms, and a break room are arranged to provide an open-concept office experience. The third floor offers open office space available for lease.
Seamless Integration
The building’s connection to its outdoor surroundings is emphasized through patios for counseling and gatherings, providing a seamless link to the adjacent Gateway Church Southlake campus. Inside, visitors are greeted by exposed ceilings in the lobby, café, and classrooms, as well as an interactive donor wall. Natural light floods the modern, elegantly designed corporate office spaces. The exterior design features a blend of tilt wall, metal paneling, and curtain wall elements, surrounded by lush, nurturing landscaping that enhances the site’s welcoming atmosphere.
