Shoreline City Church Dallas, bursting at the seams of its current White Rock campus, has found its new home just ten minutes away in Lake Highlands. This building, dating back to the early 1980s, offers nearly double the capacity, accommodating 1,734 congregants. The location in a new community opens doors to countless ministry opportunities, aligning perfectly with Shoreline’s rapid growth.
Welcoming Families with Open Arms
Recognizing the importance of families, Shoreline has made the renovation of the children’s education wing a top priority. Plans include upgraded classrooms, a new indoor play area, and expansive gathering spaces, all designed to make families feel welcomed and valued. Additionally, a shift in worship style calls for comprehensive audio, video, and lighting upgrades, along with acoustical treatments to enhance the worship experience.
Elevating Worship and Safety Standards
Partnering with Parkhill, Shoreline is undertaking interior renovations and life safety updates for nearly 79,800 square feet of the building. The work includes installing new flooring and ceilings, adding an automatic fire sprinkler system, and integrating with existing electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. The upgrades will ensure that Shoreline’s new home is not only larger but also safer and more technologically advanced.
