San Angelo Hickory Groundwater Supply Development
New Wells and Enhanced Infrastructure to Meet Growing Demand
Parkhill partnered with Enprotec/Hibbs & Todd to improve San Angelo’s wellfield, focusing on increasing water capacity to 12 million gallons per day. The project incorporated five new wells into the collection system, along with expanding transmission lines and upgrading the booster pump station.

Advanced Control
This involved replacing outdated water lines and installing modern pumps, motors, and electrical systems across 12 wells. Structural, electrical, and mechanical upgrades to the water treatment plant further enhanced efficiency. A comprehensive upgrade of the SCADA system enabled better monitoring and control, ensuring that San Angelo’s water supply remains resilient and future ready.
