Mark Aaron Carpenter is based in Parkhill’s Lubbock Office in the Construction Phase Servicse/Construction Management Sector. As Director of Construction Phase Services and Construction Management, Mark Aaron oversees staffing, project delivery, and safety initiatives across multiple offices. Since joining Parkhill in 2006, he has successfully managed major water, wastewater, and aviation projects, building a reputation for strong leadership in the field and a commitment to delivering quality construction outcomes.

Chris Casey, AIA, LEED AP, is a Practice Leader in the Community Sector. Through his work in Houston’s commercial and institutional markets, Chris is deeply committed to mentorship, community service, and shaping the built environment. His leadership extends beyond projects to active involvement in industry organizations and volunteer initiatives, helping drive forward Parkhill’s mission of service and impact.

Shane Danley, AIA, is in the Midland Office in DesignTechnology. As Vice President of Design Technology, Shane leads Parkhill’s innovation efforts in digital visualization and Building Information Modeling (BIM). His expertise bridges design and construction, bringing cutting-edge technology to life on projects in our communities.

Nicco Genzer, AIA, is part of Parkhill’s K-12 Sector. Specializing in large, multi-phase renovations and additions, Nicco has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor to school districts across Texas. Based near Houston, he also plays a key leadership role in business development efforts, helping Parkhill grow in new communities while upholding our commitment to client service.

Kole Glover, PE, is in the Amarillo Office in the Water Resources Sector. Kole brings extensive expertise in water and wastewater infrastructure planning, design, and management. A passionate advocate for client success, he focuses on helping communities across the Southwest meet critical infrastructure needs through both traditional and design-build delivery.

Paul Hare, AIA, is in Parkhill’s Amarillo Office in the K-12 Sector. With experience spanning education, healthcare, community, and retail projects, Paul brings thoughtful design leadership to every project he touches. He also serves his local community through service on the Roberts County Appraisal Board and the Miami Economic Development Committee.

Roland Holder, PE, SE, is in Parkhill’s Midland Office in the MEP/Structural Sector. As Structural Engineering Practice Leader, Roland brings a wealth of experience in designing schools, churches, industrial facilities, and historic restorations. A champion for technical excellence and a dedicated mentor, Roland plays a vital role in shaping the next generation of engineering leadership at Parkhill.

Michael Krusing, PE, is in Parkhill’s Lubbock Office in the #Aviation Sector. As a Group Leader, Michael’s strategic leadership has supported major airport projects across Texas and New Mexico. His client-first approach and commitment to clear, constructible plans have made him a trusted partner in the aviation community.

Kyle LaFerney is a Civic Practice Leader in the Community Sector with over 17 years of experience partnering with public clients to manage capital programs. His background in municipal planning, landscape architecture, and site design provides valuable insight into the entitlement and permitting process and strengthens his ability to collaborate with public entities, designers, and contractors for seamless project delivery.

Kristi Laverty, PE, is in Parkhill’s Lubbock Office in the Water Resources Sector. A project manager and team leader, Kristi has specialized expertise in municipal utilities, irrigation systems, and utility coordination. She is a passionate advocate for the engineering profession, encouraging leadership and excellence among both colleagues and the next generation of engineers.

Sheri Mullins is in the Midland Office in the Project Delivery Sector. As a Senior Project Delivery Leader, Sheri created and leads the Project Assistant (PASS) program, standardizing project delivery support across Parkhill. Her decades of experience, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of project workflows have strengthened teams across every sector of the firm.

Leonard Nail, PE, is in Parkhill’s Lubbock Office in the Water Resources Sector. Leonard’s work focuses on helping small communities address critical infrastructure needs in water and wastewater systems. Raised in a small town himself, Leonard brings personal dedication and practical expertise to every project, ensuring communities thrive with reliable and sustainable solutions.

Clint Wofford, RLA, is in the Fort Worth Office in the Landscape Architecture Sector. With a portfolio of award-winning municipal, collegiate, and private projects, Clint is known for his inventive, environmentally responsive designs. As a group leader and mentor, he continues to inspire collaboration, innovation, and design excellence across Parkhill’s Landscape Architecture sector.
