Mark Ashcraft is a Senior Architectural Project Manager based in Parkhill’s Frisco Office and the Design Studio. With 21 years in the industry, he focuses on collaboration and mission-driven design, creating spaces that connect people and bring visions to life. Mark believes in using strategic thinking and comprehensive design to shape inspiring user experiences.
Mildred Bautista Perez, PE, is a Project Manager in Parkhill’s Frisco Office and part of the K-12 Sector. With more than 20 years of experience, she brings seasoned leadership and technical expertise to project coordination across education, healthcare, aviation, and government. A licensed engineer in Puerto Rico, she is active in the Structural Engineers Association of Texas, American Concrete Institute, American Water Works Association, and the College of Engineers and Surveyors of Puerto Rico.
Craig Boyer, PE, is a Civil Engineer in Parkhill’s Oklahoma City Office and part of the Aviation Sector. Since starting his career in 2007, he has worked on projects for General Aviation and Part 139 airports, developing airfields and streamlining FAA grant documentation processes to improve efficiency and quality assurance.
Alan Holly, PE, is a Team Leader in the Lubbock Office and a member of the Site Development and Planning Sector. His experience spans PK-12 schools, higher education campuses, and municipal infrastructure. With a strong background in public works and utility system design, Alan is active in TSPE, ASCE, and TPWA.
Kyle Krueger, PE, is a licensed professional civil engineer based in Parkhill’s Lubbock Office and part of the Water Resources Sector. Since joining Parkhill in 2014, Kyle has managed major water supply projects and was recognized as the 2021 Young Engineer of the Year by TSPE South Plains Chapter. He also serves as General Manager for the Midland County Freshwater Supply District.
Matt Laverty, PE, is a member of Parkhill’s Lubbock Office and the MEP/Structural Sector. With 20 years of diverse project experience, he has designed structures for schools, wastewater plants, and more, using steel, concrete, masonry, and timber. Originally from Angel Fire, New Mexico, Matt is a Texas Tech graduate who is active in TSPE and ASCE and a proud graduate of Parkhill Leadership Academy.
Bryan Mitchell, PE, is a Senior Civil Project Manager based in Parkhill’s Norman office and works in Business Development. With more than 30 years of experience, Bryan specializes in water resource planning and program management. A past president of the Oklahoma Water Environment Association and a member of ASCE, he is dedicated to sustaining communities through strong client partnerships.
Alyssa Vance, IIDA, is an Interior Designer in the Amarillo Office with the Community Sector. She designs inviting and inspiring spaces across K-12, higher education, healthcare, and municipal markets. From programming through construction, Alyssa brings thoughtful design to every phase, earning awards for her creative use of wall graphics as learning tools.
Clay Kinney, AIA, is a Senior Project Manager in Parkhill’s Frisco Office and the Community Sector. He has guided projects for faith-based and nonprofit organizations across multiple states, focusing on strong communication and understanding client visions. He is a member of AIA and USGBC, committed to spaces that serve both people and purpose.
