Construction management can be undertaken in many different forms for all sizes of contracts and project complexities. At its core, construction management includes on-site representation of the Owner to make sure the project is constructed in a quality manner, on time, and within budget. We take ownership of the projects we design. Our spirit of ownership sets us apart when it comes to construction management.
Parkhill’s capabilities include facilitating a quality construction job. We provide engineer of record and Resident Project Representative (RPR) services on projects we designed. We also provide that same effort on third-party RPR services on projects designed by other firms. In third-party situations, we work closely with all parties involved. Our qualified construction managers and experienced and knowledgeable RPRs give our clients security. The projects we oversee are done correctly from the start to final closeout and commissioning.
