Parkhill’s Abilene office is located adjacent to downtown in a 3-story historic house with a detached carriage house. The Abilene office was originally established as the Tittle Luther Partnership (TLP) in 1957. TLP merged with Parkhill in 2012. 

Parkhill Abilene provides comprehensive architectural and engineering design services for a wide range of projects in the government, commercial, and institutional sectors—including K-12 and higher education, public works, environmental, infrastructure, transportation, healthcare, and faith-based facilities. Parkhill’s internal resources include design professionals in architecture, civil engineering, interior design, landscape architecture, MEP engineering, structural engineering, and land surveying.
