Parkhill Announces Five New Partners

Parkhill is proud to announce five new partners for Fiscal Year 2026. Each of these individuals has demonstrated exceptional dedication to the firm’s and has played a key role in its success.

It also means supporting the next generation and ensuring our communities benefit from stronger vision and service.
Congratulations to Parkhill’s newest Partner Class:
Clint Wofford, RLA, is a Team Leader in Parkhill’s Landscape Architecture Sector. His innovative design and professional achievements have earned numerous awards. Clint manages multidisciplinary teams for complex projects and is involved in quality initiatives, including design excellence and sustainability.
Paul Hare, AIA, is a member of Parkhill’s K-12 Sector. His experience includes a variety of commercial projects such as healthcare facilities, community/retail spaces, and educational institutions. Paul has worked on projects for Texas Tech University, Clarendon Community College, Wayland Baptist University, and Mesalands Community College, as well as K-12 schools like River Road High School and Borger ISD.
M. Roland Holder, PE, SE is a Structural Engineering Practice Leader in Parkhill’s MEP/Structural Sector. His design experience includes steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures for schools, churches, and industrial facilities.
Kole Glover, PE, assists Water Resources clients in the Southwest with infrastructure needs, including planning, design, and management of water and wastewater projects. Kole’s experience spans public water supply wells, storage tanks, booster pump stations, and wastewater line extensions.
Mark Aaron Carpenter is the Director of Construction Management and Construction Phase Services with Parkhill. He oversees construction phase services staffing and management and has successfully completed projects from small municipal endeavors to large water and wastewater projects, including the Lake Alan Henry Terminal Storage Reservoir and Treatment Facility.
