Parkhill is pleased to announce that Britni Wilkens, IIDA, LEED AP, is returning to the firm as a Client Advocate for the Plains and Permian region.

In her new role, Britni will work closely with Regional Business Development Leaders and Sector Directors to strengthen client relationships, identify opportunities, and drive intentional growth. The Client Advocacy Team is a newly established group within Parkhill, created to implement strategies that support the firm’s mission of Building Community through purposeful collaboration and service.

“Britni’s deep industry knowledge and strong connections in the Plains and Permian regions will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our client relationships and expand our impact,” said DeShawn Heusel, Parkhill’s Director of Client Advocacy & Public Affairs. “Her return to Parkhill is an exciting step in advancing our strategic goals and furthering our mission to build lasting, meaningful partnerships that positively shape the communities we serve.”

An Odessa native and Texas Tech University alumna, Britni brings nearly two decades of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. Most recently, she led efforts to expand Tangram Interiors’ presence in West Texas. Her previous tenure at Parkhill, where she served as an Associate in the Planning & Interiors Sector, provides her with a deep understanding of the firm’s culture, values, and clients.

Britni’s proven ability to build lasting relationships and her commitment to client success make her a natural fit to lead regional growth initiatives in West Texas.
