With more than 16 years of experience in engineering, planning, project management, and client service — most notably within the aviation sector — Jacquie steps into this role with a deep commitment to enhancing infrastructure and community well-being across the state.
In addition to her new role, Jacquie will continue to serve as a project management professional in Parkhill’s Aviation Practice. She brings a strong foundation in airport improvement projects — from pavement maintenance to large-scale runway reconstructions. Her career has spanned collaborations with the New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), with project highlights including the Clayton Municipal Airpark Runway 2-20 Reconstruction, and key improvements at Roswell Air Center, Taos Regional Airport, and Sierra Blanca Regional Airport.
Strategic Vision for New Mexico’s Growth
As Parkhill’s Regional Client Leader, Jacquie’s focus now turns toward leveraging the broader Parkhill resources to better serve both architectural and civil engineering clients in the State of New Mexico. Her role involves shaping regional strategies that align with Parkhill’s company-wide vision, guiding market analysis, and supporting key hiring efforts to expand the firm’s impact throughout New Mexico.
For Jacquie, this role is more than a professional milestone — it’s a personal calling.
“Being a native New Mexican and having built my career alongside municipalities across the state, I bring a deep understanding of the local culture, processes, and priorities,” Jacquie shared. “These trusted relationships and firsthand knowledge allow me to anticipate challenges, streamline collaboration, and deliver solutions that reflect New Mexico’s values and goals.”
Jacquie earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from New Mexico State University and her MBA from Purdue Global. She is also a Certified Member of the AAAE Loretta Scott Academy.
With Jacquie now leading the charge for client development in New Mexico, Parkhill is well-positioned to deepen its community partnerships and expand its positive impact across the state.
