Parkhill celebrates Claire Tulloch, CCM, NCIDQ, LEED AP ID+C, who was recently honored with the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) North Texas Legacy Award at the organization’s annual Awards & Scholarship Gala held at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science. This award recognizes an individual whose contributions, leadership, and influence have helped shape the chapter and the construction management community across North Texas.

As a Practice Leader at Parkhill, Claire has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to the construction management profession. Since becoming involved with CMAA in 2019, she has served in several leadership roles, including Director of Communications and most recently President of the CMAA North Texas Chapter, where she helped strengthen member engagement, professional development opportunities, and industry collaboration.

Leading Through Service

Claire said receiving the CMAA North Texas Legacy Award is especially meaningful because it represents recognition from peers and industry professionals who share a commitment to construction management. She added that throughout her career, she has remained passionate about serving owners, supporting the profession, and helping develop future industry leaders.

“This recognition reflects the many colleagues, mentors, volunteers, clients, and industry partners who have contributed to every project and chapter initiative along the way,” she said. “The impact we make is always a team effort.”

Investing in the Industry

Claire’s achievement also reflects Parkhill’s commitment to supporting organizations that strengthen the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Through active involvement in professional associations and a focus on delivering high-quality construction management services, Parkhill helps clients successfully navigate complex projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Claire credits Parkhill for encouraging professional service and industry engagement.

“I am especially grateful for Parkhill’s support of my involvement in CMAA through its encouragement of professional service and investment in chapter activities, meetings, and volunteer leadership,” Claire said. “That support has allowed me to contribute in meaningful ways while representing an organization that values leadership, service, and the advancement of our industry.”

Founded in 1982, the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) supports construction and program management professionals through education, certification, advocacy, networking, and professional development.
