Planned. Data-driven. Inspired.
At Parkhill, we know that architecture has to be more than inspired. It has to be functional, efficient, and sustainable. We use systems-based planning to look beyond a building and see how it fits a community and landscape. Our analytics and modeling helps your plan for future growth and maximize the environment.
Planning
Our Planning Studio builds stronger, sustainable communities by planning the built environment. We translate your ideas and needs into dynamic and thriving facilities, sites, and communities. Parkhill’s planning practice uses design strategy and analytics to shape communities.
Our work focuses on the intersection of design, technology, and communities. Our approach leverages analytics to create evidence-based decision-making. This gives you a deeper understanding of outcomes during the planning process. We use strategy and design performance to maximize impact, optimize outcomes, and engage stakeholders.
Our collaborative, systems-based thinking produces insightful and innovative solutions for the built environment. We address the relationship between land use, transportation, infrastructure, economic development, and placemaking to build thriving communities.

Analytics
Strategic planning informed by data-driven insights creates high-performing facilities, sites, and communities. Our ability to engage owners in answering critical questions sets us apart. We use predictive analytics to explore options. Model planning scenarios that help answer what, when, and where to build, or simply make better use of the resources you already have.
We model data to help you make informed short-term and long-term financial and operational decisions. Evidence-based insights consider growth and capacity to determine efficiency and future needs. Analytics allows us to find patterns, identify trends, and model scenarios to transform data into your design strategy.
