Natural Gas Services Group, Inc. New Corporate Headquarters
In 2019, a new 45,000-square-foot office building opened its doors, the result of a collaborative design-build effort between Teinert Construction and Parkhill, bringing together professionals from six offices across Texas. The building serves not only as an upgraded facility for staff but also offers rental spaces across two levels, designed with future growth in mind.

Energy-Efficient Design
The office’s design embraces its West Texas roots, featuring locally sourced native Texas limestone and a landscape of drought-resistant plants that reflect the region’s rugged beauty. Energy efficiency is a priority, with high-performance glass and solar sunshades minimizing glare and heat gain. The building’s outdoor terrace offers a space for employee and client gatherings, complementing the warm, rustic design.
Reflecting the Landscape
Steve Taylor, CEO of NGSG, emphasized the connection to the area: “We’re a West Texas group, and we wanted the building to reflect that.” The finished product blends modern sophistication with natural, earthy elements, making it a standout facility that celebrates both innovation and regional identity.
