Frisco City Hall Transforms into a Customer-Focused Hub

Repurposing City Hall

The vacated library space will be repurposed to create a more customer-focused City Hall, emphasizing ease of interaction with the public. To guide this transformation, Parkhill conducted a comprehensive feasibility study, laying out a strategic direction and master plan for future improvements. The study was rooted in extensive stakeholder engagement, involving input from all City departments to ensure the plan meets diverse needs and goals.

Enhancing Public Service

This renovation represents more than just expanding office space; it’s about reshaping Frisco City Hall into a welcoming, efficient hub where residents can easily access services. By focusing on customer experience and staff efficiency, the city aims to support its rapid growth while maintaining a high standard of service. Frisco’s vision for City Hall will help position the city as a model for other fast-growing communities, combining thoughtful design with a commitment to public service.
