City of Moore — 34th Street
Parkhill partnered with the City of Moore to enhance 1.2 miles of SW 34th Street, a critical corridor between South Santa Fe Avenue and South Telephone Road. The project widens the road from two to four lanes, preparing it for increased traffic and future growth.

Connecting a Community
A multi-use trail was also added, promoting connectivity and recreation for the community. Roadway improvements at both ends of the project ensure intersections are ready for future signalization, improving safety and traffic flow.
Innovation in Action
Parkhill’s civil engineering services included everything from surveying and utility coordination to construction administration. The design incorporates a large culvert to address stormwater needs, ensuring long-term durability. Additional services included assisting with STP-UZA applications and managing environmental clearances. This project not only strengthens Moore’s infrastructure but also lays the groundwork for future development, positioning the city for continued growth and sustainability.
