Dallas Fire Station 36
Modern Design for a Timeless Mission Sets a New Standard in Sustainability
As part of an ongoing bond program, the City of Dallas has replaced its aging Fire Station No. 36 with a modern, 12,000-square-foot facility designed to meet the demands of today’s firefighters and citizens.

Efficiency at Its Core
With space for 15 firefighters, the new station includes apparatus bays, dorms, kitchens, offices, and exercise areas to support daily operations. Designed by Parkhill, this station meets LEED Gold standards, incorporating energy efficiencies that reduce energy use by up to 40%. The new Fire Station No. 36 is a testament to Dallas’ dedication to sustainability, resource stewardship, and community safety.
