Durant Cadillac, located in Hudson Oaks, Texas, boasts a state-of-the-art 15,000 square foot shop and a 10,000 square foot showroom, embodying the luxury associated with Cadillac.
Engineering Efficiency
The shop’s design includes both direct exterior access bays and an interior double-loaded bay configuration, enabling efficient operations and the capacity to service up to 13 vehicles simultaneously. Utilities are conveniently housed in overhead reels in the 16-foot-high bays. The shop floor features light-colored, vehicle-rated epoxy to enhance light reflectance and visibility.
A Bold Exterior Statement
The building’s exterior is crafted from bright white, smooth ACM panels, incorporating a custom “boneline” bend for a distinctive geometric look. Expansive glass panels and integrated lighting dramatically showcase the vehicle inventory.
Enhancing the Customer Experience
Inside, Cadillac has taken an innovative approach by removing traditional sales offices from the showroom. Instead, they have strategically placed seating pods throughout the showroom, fostering a more personal connection between customers and sales representatives. Full-height wood veneer walls and custom runway lighting enhance the showroom’s ambiance, creating a welcoming and elegant environment that highlights the luxury vehicles on display.
