Brings New Life to Odessa’s Iconic Theater
As part of Odessa’s downtown revitalization, Parkhill was chosen to commission the historic Ector Theater renovation. Closed since 2016, the 1950s-era theater began its transformation in 2018, with Parkhill overseeing the mechanical systems, including advanced variable refrigerant technology and energy-efficient units.
Precision and Performance
They also ensured the lighting and control systems were finely tuned for optimal performance. Following the successful theater project, Parkhill was selected to commission the mechanical and lighting systems of the nearby Marriott hotel and convention center, completing the project in 2021. The result is a vibrant downtown where history and modern technology converge.
