Pioneering Wastewater Treatment Solutions

Continuing its legacy of innovation, Parkhill improved the plant, which was the first in the U.S. to use Powdered Activated Carbon for treatment and the first in Texas to use effluent for aquifer recharge. These advancements highlight the plant’s role in pioneering sustainable water management.

Ensuring Water Security for the Future

The installation of new clarifiers, akin to performing open-heart surgery on a conscious patient, reinforces the safety and reliability of El Paso’s wastewater treatment system. Parkhill’s innovative approach ensures the community’s water security needs are met for years to come.
