A new private hangar has been designed for a family in Midland, TX, replacing their original 1980s structure. This state-of-the-art facility spans nearly 40,000 square feet, offering ample space for two G650 aircraft. The hangar features temperature control and a high-build TNEMEC floor coating system, ensuring optimal conditions for aircraft storage.

Beyond aircraft storage, the hangar includes well-appointed lounge spaces, multiple pilot offices, a hangar manager’s office, restrooms, and dedicated maintenance areas. The design focuses on comfort and efficiency, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards.
Blending Professionalism with Natural Beauty
The hangar’s exterior features honed limestone and composite panels for a professional yet inviting look. The landscape design, inspired by the region’s arroyo riverbeds, incorporates drought-resistant plants and limestone paving, blending functionality with the natural beauty of West Texas. Completed in March 2021, this project exemplifies Parkhill’s commitment to innovative and thoughtful design.
