At Parkhill, we see rail spurs as more than tracks—they’re pathways to progress. For the new Envirotech facility, we extended a rail spur from the Lubbock & Western Railroad, ending in two siding tracks adjacent to the site, designed for seamless material transloading into the chemical manufacturer’s facility.
Collaboration That Drives Success
Working closely with SPAG, we helped secure grant funding and provided comprehensive services, including design, bidding, and construction administration. With Trac-Work, Inc. handling construction, this project ensures Envirotech’s operational efficiency while fueling economic development in the region.
