In 2021, Parkhill was entrusted with the design of a new warehouse as part of a transformative Public Safety Improvement project for the City of Lubbock. The project, initiated in 2022, encompasses every stage of development—from programming and schematic design to construction administration and cost estimation. This facility isn’t just a building; it’s a commitment to empowering law enforcement with the tools and space they need to serve the community more effectively.
