The City of Lubbock selected Parkhill to lead construction phase services for the SEWRP Plant 3 Improvement Project. The upgrades will replace the Scum and RAS handling systems and modernize key treatment components.
Powering Progress
With enhanced clarifiers, aeration basins, and electrical infrastructure, the plant will be ready to meet Lubbock’s future needs. Parkhill provides RPR services throughout the project, ensuring efficient construction.
