Midland On-Call Services — Stormwater

T Since 2014, Parkhill has been a trusted partner to the City of Midland, offering on-call engineering services to enhance the city’s stormwater master plan. Working closely with city staff, Parkhill helped upgrade five industrial permits to meet TCEQ standards, drafted a new stormwater ordinance, and trained staff on best practices. The partnership also produced citywide maps for thoroughfare, utility, and drainage plans, and updated the floodplain management ordinance. Through these efforts, Parkhill supports Midland’s goal of a safer, more sustainable future.
