For over seven years, Parkhill has been the primary design engineer for the South Central Solid Waste Authority’s Corralitos Regional Landfill, overseeing critical expansions to meet the waste management needs of Las Cruces and Dona Ana County. Tasked with designing and overseeing construction of geosynthetic-lined landfill Cells 4 and 5, Parkhill ensured the project adhered to all New Mexico Administrative Code regulations and industry standards.
