Southlake Pickleball Complex
Nestled within Bicentennial Park, the Bicentennial Pickleball Complex brings Southlake residents together around one of the fastest-growing sports in the country. Designed through close collaboration with City staff and community stakeholders, the 1.25-acre complex evolved through multiple design concepts and feedback sessions to create a space that balances competition with connection.

Where Competition, Community, and Conversation Meet
Located beside the Southlake Tennis Center in the heart of the city’s premier park, the complex features nine lighted courts—eight standard courts and one championship court designed to host everything from casual matches to tournaments and instructional play. Covered bleachers provide seating at the championship court, while shaded pavilions, courtside tables, and synthetic turf gathering areas encourage players and spectators to linger before and after matches.
Where Every Match Connects
More than just a sports facility, the complex was intentionally designed as a social hub. Comfortable seating areas, shaded spaces, and a welcoming layout create an atmosphere that feels less like a competitive venue and more like an extension of a backyard gathering place. A support building with conditioned restrooms and an office ensures the facility can host leagues, events, and daily play with ease. Together, these features make the Bicentennial Pickleball Complex a lively destination where recreation, community, and connection come together.
