Parkhill is leading programming efforts to consolidate all TCEQ staff and parking into state-owned buildings and lots. Through stakeholder meetings with all departments, site walks, and infrastructure assessments, we’ve identified unused space and evaluated parking needs to support the agency’s staff. This process balances practical solutions with a broader vision for efficiency and sustainability.

This initiative also addresses the evolving workplace landscape post-COVID-19. Parkhill collaborated with TCEQ leadership to align recommendations with the agency’s new flexible work policy, ensuring a modern, adaptable environment. As programming recommendations near completion, Parkhill’s design-only approach remains focused on solutions that enhance staff functionality and maximize state resources.
