The project features a TJ Maxx/Marshalls distribution center occupying a vast 200-acre site. Currently at 1.5 million sq ft, the facility is set to expand to 2.1 million sq ft, making it one of the world’s largest distribution centers.

Serving as the on-ground liaison for TJ Maxx, Parkhill coordinated efforts with multiple stakeholders, including the El Paso International Airport, the City of El Paso, FAA, El Paso Water, and FEMA. This massive project is a significant economic driver for the region, creating 1,500 jobs and stimulating further development in the surrounding area.
