Solid Waste Planning & Permitting
Parkhill has assembled an impressive portfolio of solid waste engineering design solutions. Parkhill's Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) engineering experience dates prior to the time that EPA promulgated Subtitle D in 1993. Since that time, Parkhill has continuously worked in the MSW engineering sector and devoted an entire engineering team to municipal solid waste engineering.
