This #TimeLapseTuesday represents a normal operating day at the West Texas Region Disposal Facility Trucks travel from the weigh station to the cell site & back to repeat the process of transferring solid waste.

Parkhill was a part of the permit team in the mid-1990s and the engineer of record for the facility since it opened in 1999. The original scale house and the first cell was a joint project that included Parkhill’s Holly Holder and Charles Fiedler who was the overall project manager on the first phase of construction.
