Parkhill is pleased to announce that Ryan Kennerly, PE has been promoted to Director of Water Resources, and Mark Aaron Carpenter will serve as Director of Construction Phase Services/Construction Management (CPS/CM).  

Throughout his career, Mark has led projects that span Texas and New Mexico, earning the respect of clients and colleagues alike. His influence within the CPS/CM team is well established and has been shaped by his commitment to collaboration, mentorship, and hands-on leadership. Whether guiding teams in the field or supporting their growth behind the scenes, Mark’s steady presence continues to strengthen Parkhill’s impact and relationships across the communities Parkhill serves.  

Ryan’s career spans a wide range of complex projects across diverse markets, giving him a strong foundation in both strategy and execution. His leadership has shaped teams through thoughtful mentorship, a focus on quality, and a drive to find smart, practical solutions. As he steps into his new role, Ryan’s guidance will help position the Water Resources team for continued success and growth.
