The Board of Directors has announced Parkhill’s newest class of Principals. These individuals fully embrace the firm’s mission, vision, and values, contributing to Parkhill’s continued success. They also consistently strive for the highest level of quality and dedication that delivers excellence to Parkhill’s clients and the communities they serve.

The Board emphasized that these leaders have demonstrated a commitment and passion that have been inspiring and instrumental in positioning Parkhill as a stronger, more dynamic firm that is destined to achieve new heights.

Congratulations to the following individuals on this well-deserved recognition of their achievements.

Jon Braudt, PE, is a Civil Project Manager on the Transportation Team. His extensive experience includes civil and structural engineering in the industrial field, with a special focus on foundation, steel, and stormwater drainage design. Jon pioneered the foundational design for the first six Siemens SGT6-8000H combustion turbines to be built in the United States.

Nick Cooper is Parkhill’s Senior Practice Leader on the Faith Team and with the Community Practice. He has a unique 17-year history in vocational ministry that allows him to have a tremendous understanding of church dynamics. Nick has been preaching, teaching, and consulting with churches and organizations for more than 10 years on topics ranging from reaching millennials to church design and construction.

Kelly Hill, IIDA, is a Group Lead and Project Manager in Parkhill’s Community Practice, where she focuses on municipal and commercial work. Kelly has broad experience with projects in the public and private sectors, ranging from governmental agencies to complex new construction. She consistently delivers excellence in design, project budgets, and schedules.

Dean Lackey, PE, is Parkhill’s Lead Control Systems Engineer in the Water Resources Practice. His 20 years of experience and multistate licensure allow him to deliver relative, automated solutions on a variety of projects. Dean provides design, guidance, and commissioning of SCADA, instrumentation, process control, PLC programming, HMI development, P&ID, industrial communication platforms, access control, CCTV, and any other automated or specialty systems.

Scott Slagle, AIA, NCARB, is the Director of Project Delivery. With nearly 20 years of experience related to project delivery, design, and construction, Scott has served on various large- and small-scale project types, including corporate office campuses, retail and restaurant finish-outs, athletic facilities, civic buildings, and more. Scott has championed the implementation of the Vision Resource Planning (VRP) Workplan process for Parkhill employees firmwide and continues to develop and implement Parkhill’s project delivery process. 

Ryan Wilkens, AIA, serves as a Practice Leader in K-12 but has shown great versatility throughout his career, working with a wide array of clients within Parkhill’s federal, higher education, religious, and community sectors. With a heart for people, Ryan has developed long-term connections with clients. These enduring relationships have benefited the firm and brought greater meaning to Parkhill’s mission of Building Community.
