Mechanical Engineering Graduate Shares Her Story of Persistence

Thalia Balderas graduated from UT Permian Basin in December of 2021 with her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. She said the College of Engineering opened her eyes to a successful future.
“The UTPB College of Engineering helped me succeed in my career by giving me the skill set and working knowledge to navigate myself in the engineering industry,” Balderas said. “With the broad range of study, I was able to keep an open mind to what my future career may hold.”
