The Lubbock-Cooper Independent School District (LCISD) in northwest Texas serves a rapidly expanding suburb, with two major residential developments currently being populated for the first time. Needing to expand its existing schools and add new facilities, the district has been building 21st Century school that enable collaboration, both in terms of flexible groups of students and teamwork by teachers.
