Congratulations to Parkhill's Alanna Watts, PE, for being honored as the 2022 TSPE South Plains Chapter Young Engineer of the Year! Alanna is a mechanical engineer in Parkhill's MEP/Structural Practice and is passionate about design relating to HVAC systems and building acoustics.

"Alanna plays a critical role in the success of the Mechanical Team as she expands our understanding of HVAC systems and building acoustics and strives for design excellence in every project she takes on," said Director of Parkhill’s MEP/Structural Practice Ryan Bailey, PE. "The MEP/Structural Practice is proud to have her on our team and of this well-deserved recognition."

The Young Engineer of the Year Award recognizes a young TSPE member who has made outstanding contributions to the engineering field and in the communities he or she has served.

Alanna has design experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), and plumbing. She has worked on various projects, including schools, healthcare facilities, community fire stations, and community outreach buildings and is well versed in current 3D building information modeling software.
