Five Professionals Promoted 

  

LUBBOCK, Texas — Parkhill is pleased to announce the promotion of five design professionals from Parkhill’s 10 offices as new Principals, recognizing their commitment to serving our clients. 

“Each through their leadership and commitment to excellence has demonstrated the Parkhill Mission of Building Community and embrace our Values: Personal Ownership, Credibility, and Humble Leadership,” said President and CEO Joe Rapier. “We are thankful for their service to our clients and the communities we serve and look forward to their leadership and expertise.” 

Greg Billman is the Director of Higher Education and has more than 40 years of experience with the technical, design, and professional aspects of managing projects from conception to completion. Throughout his career, he has worked on many projects of various scopes and types, including retail, recreation, hospitality, government, institutional, educational, medical offices, rehabilitation, theater, and office facilities. 

Charles Fiedler is an Environmental Practice Team Leader and has a deep and developed understanding of oil, gas, municipal waste, and environmental engineering for clients across New Mexico and Texas in 40 years of total experience. He has supervised Permit Application development and quality assurance for over 2,000 acres of landfill construction across the southwest. 

David Finley is the Director of K-12 Education and has extensive experience with directing facility master plans, assessments, design, construction management, maintenance, energy management, bond efforts, and more for K-12 facilities. He has managed over $225 million of construction and overseen the design of over 10 million square feet of facilities. Finley brings a tremendous depth of experience and knowledge of Texas public education and architectural standards. 

Ryan Kennerly is a Team Leader in Parkhill’s Water Resources Practice. He brings his expertise in water infrastructure design and conservation to communities and projects across the state and has built a diverse understanding of the Design-Build and CMAR industries in his 10 years with Parkhill. 

Kreg Robertson is a Studio Leader in Community Practice. His expertise with church projects has helped these clients realize their vision for growth and design. Robertson has served with Parkhill for nearly 25 years and has garnered many awards for his clients’ projects, including the Solomon Award-winning John Saleh Catholic Center and First Presbyterian Church
