LUBBOCK, Texas — Parkhill has announced three new licensees for the first quarter of 2022.


Ben Jenkins has become a Professional Engineer. He works in Parkhill’s Water Resources Sector, based out of Noble, Okla.

Born and raised in central Oklahoma, Ben understands the increasing needs of our clientele regarding their aging water and wastewater infrastructure. His passion is solving water and wastewater infrastructure needs for small municipalities across Oklahoma. His experience includes water transmission and distribution systems, water storage tanks, water wells, pump stations, wastewater collection systems, and lift stations.

He graduated from Oklahoma State University in May 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering.

 

Austen Mathews has become a Registered Architect. Working out of our Frisco office, he is a talented visualization and design resource.

With a deep knowledge of Revit, Lumion, Enscape, and Rhino, Austen can help clients see the projects in three dimensions earlier in the process, both inside and out. He is adept at massing studies and the use of complementary exterior materials. Austen is well-versed in 21st Century education specifications, collaborative school settings, and the deployment of technology. He recently completed a similar role for the new Lubbock-Cooper High School.

He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Architecture from Texas Tech University and an Architecture and Urban Design certificate.

 

Kyle A. Norton has become a Registered Architect and works in the Healthcare Sector at Parkhill.

Kyle has created a diverse portfolio during his career, heavily assisting in the management and design of numerous K-12 and healthcare projects throughout the nation. He comes from a disciplined military family and brings the same attitude to his everyday work.

Based in the Lubbock office, Kyle graduated from Texas Tech University with his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Architecture (2013 and 2015).
