Parkhill recognized 10 employees at the 2022 University of Parkhill in Irving, Texas. The Parkhill Excellence Awards celebrate exceptional individuals and teams who uphold our motto, Building Community, through their personal ownership, humble leadership, and contagious passion.

Building Community Award
Recognizes a spirit of service dedicated to improving communities
Congratulations to Kreg Robertson, AIA. As a Community Practice studio leader, Kreg demonstrates his commitment to Building Community through his exceptional spirit of service and mentorship skills. Kreg is “not only a mentor but a servant leader,” said the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce, who named Kreg 2021 Business Person of the year.
Business Development Award
Recognizes those who build brand awareness, connecting services to clients
This award goes to Larry Stone, PE, RPLS. Larry is a team leader with Parkhill’s Site Development & Planning Practice. He recruits new talent, organizes the annual Parkhill Golf Tournament and ethics seminars, and is a trusted advisor for clients, employees, and the community. “Larry has been dedicated to making the Parkhill brand known to all the people he’s in contact with,” said Eric West, PE.
Client Relations Award
Recognizes those who develop enduring relationships to keep people at the center of all we do
Parkhill congratulates Jennifer Williams, SPHR, Director of Human Resources. “She has helped hundreds of new employees and recruits, and Parkhill and its clients have benefited from the work of these employees,” said Dawn Moore, Vice President of HR. Jen’s contagious passion for finding the best talent keeps people at the center of our mission of Building Community.
Design Award
Recognizes those who create inventive, relevant solutions for clients
Our first recipient is Joe Bradley, PE. As a team leader in the Transportation Practice, Joe uses his 40 years of roadway design experience to create relevant solutions for many projects recognized for design excellence, including the Abram Street Rebuild in Arlington, Texas. “He’s become a trusted advisor not only to our clients but within the firm,” said Kyle Jackson, PE.
Next, we congratulate Mike Baker, AIA, Director of Design in the K-12 Practice. “Mike leads design thinking and process not only for our folks but for our clients,” said David Finley, EdD, AIA. His thought leadership has been instrumental in creating inventive, 21st-Century Learning solutions for our K-12 clients, winning 23 design awards from the Texas Association of School Boards since 2006.
Knowledge Award
Recognizes subject matter experts who differentiate our services
We celebrate Roland Holder, PE, SE, a team leader with our MEP/S Practice. “Roland is generous with his time and is always available to share his experience and expertise,” said Ryan Bailey, PE. With licenses in seven states, Roland’s subject matter expertise can be seen in facilities across the south, including the iconic “Bird Tail” for the Buddy Holly Hall of Performing Arts in Lubbock.
Organizational Management Award
Recognizes those who exemplify leadership skills and resource management
Congratulations, Kristian Gonzalez. “Kristian exemplifies the traits of a true leader,” said Sheri Mullins, Director of Operations Support. As a project assistant leader with Operations Support, she is an excellent teacher, counselor, and problem solver working with our teams, clients, project managers, contractors, and more to manage design excellence.
Project Management Award
Recognizes those who deliver excellence through engaging collaboration
Parkhill presents this award to Jon Braudt, PE, a civil project manager with our Transportation Practice. Jon is a patient and dedicated leader. He engages project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver design excellence, and “Jon has been instrumental in our firm’s effort to develop a strong Project Delivery process,” said Kyle Jackson, PE.
Rising Star Award
Recognizes emerging professionals who make extraordinary contributions within their field
Parkhill's first Rising Star is Casey Hadsall, PE. She is instrumental in our Site Development & Planning Practice. “Casey is a humble leader, approachable, and patient. She’s led a group within our practice to develop a tracking matrix for skill development to support interns and EITs,” said Larry Stone, PE. She is also the current leader of the Parkhill Women’s Network.
Next, we celebrate Landon Bell, RLA, a member of our Landscape Architecture Practice. “Landon has demonstrated excellence as a leader at Parkhill,” said Clint Wofford, RLS. “As the project manager of the Addison Redding Trail project, Landon was familiar with the client's needs and the city’s requirements, making delivering a prompt, accurate, innovative design feel easy for the client.”
